Characteristics of the Wine
Colour • Rather intense. Cherry red, young.
Nose • Intense and complex. Black fruits -black cherry, plum-, floral hints. Notes of fine oak, spices.
Palate • Full attack. Equilibrated evolution, with volume. Integrated tannins. Persistent. Aftertaste of black fruits and spices -black pepper.
Viña Salceda Crianza has been made following the great Rioja tradition and is consequently a true expression of Rioja.
It features all the Tempranillo fruit and spice aromas from Rioja Alta and Alavesa, and it is well-balanced and elegant.
