Characteristics of the Wine
Colour • Medium-high intensity. Ruby red with a garnet rim and slight tuile hints.
Nose • Intense. Notes of black ripe fruits with good fine wood.
Palate • Pleasant, ample and intense attack. Good structured and balanced. Persistent aftertaste, intense with black fruits reminiscences.
Produced from carefully selected hand-picked Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, from our own vineyards ‘Hoya de los Lobos’, planted in 1954, ‘Clavijas’, planted in 1940, and ‘El Paso’, planted in 1960.
