Characteristics of the Wine

Gran Feudo Rosado is an outstanding success in the world of fruity rosé wines. It is
produced from Garnacha Tinta grape, the ideal variety for the production of rosé
wines.
 

The harvest takes place towards the middle of October, once the grapes have
achieved the ideal balance of ripeness and acidity. The wine is made using the
traditional saignée method with red grapes: after a maceration of approximately
24 hours, the juice is separated by gravity with no mechanical pressing, thus being
a free run juice wine.

It is the ideal accompaniment for pasta, risotto, vegetables, fish and white meat.
We recommend that it be served slightly chilled.

Colour • Bright strawberry, with a faint touch of pink.

Aroma • Clean and intense. Complex aromas of strawberries and raspberries.

Palate • Good attack, meaty, balanced acidity, fresh.
