Aging • 6 months on its lees in French oak barrels; weekly “bâtonnages”.
Alcohol • 13.5%
Production • 14,730 bottles (75cl), 110 magnums (150cl)
Colour • Lovely vibrant pink with red reflexes.
Aroma • Fresh red fruits with light hints of smoke. Aromas of spices and white peaches
Palate • Powerful entry in the mouth. Long, balanced, very complex. Persistent after taste of fine and supple wood.
