Colour · Intense. Gold yellowish with greenish hints. Very bright.
Nose · Very intense and complex. Very varietal: flowers, fresh Muscat grape, acacia honey.
Palate · Round and silky attack. Perfectly-balanced evolution between sweetness and acidity. Very persistent. Complex aftertaste: citrus crusts, flower honey, fresh grapes, white flowers.
The Muscat à petits grains grapes used to make this fresh sweet wine were carefully hand-picked from our own vineyards. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks the wine was not aged in oak barrels in order to bring out the full character of this grape variety.
