Characteristics of the wine
Colour · Rather intense. Deep ruby red. Bright.
Nose · Very intense and complex. Very varietal. Black fruits: blackberry, ripe medlar fruit, black cherry, red plum. Black pepper.
Palate · Ample attack. Well-balanced between freshness of acidity and finesse of its noble tannins. Long finish. Aftertaste of black plums and spices.
Chivite Organic Merlot is the first fully organic wine from our house and the culmination of many years of efforts with our objective set on applying the most natural processes possible both on the vineyards and in the cellars.
It is soft and fruity, full of spices, balanced and rounded.
