The menu: with their autograph, as active supporters of the San Sebastian Gastronomica Congress.
The wines: Gran Vino de Arínzano 2001, Chivite Colección 125 Rosado 2006, Chivite Colección 125 Chardonnay Fermentado en Barrica 2006, all in Double Magnum format.
The result: a 'historic gala dinner'

Among the 150 guests to this unique occasion were such relevant names as world-renowned chef Ferrán Adriá, the Japanese Embassy, and the President of the Spanish Gastronomic Academy, Rafael Ansón.
